We offer flexible contingency-based fee structures for business and commercial properties.  The contingency arrangement prevents the cost from negating the savings and guarantees our services are free if we don’t save you money.  We also offer flat-fee arrangements or a combination of contingency and flat fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to completely eliminate your property taxes, but we can control and minimize this yearly expense.
